Youth Services

For over 8 years, PCG has been working with state and local juvenile justice and youth probation agencies nationwide to improve their federal revenue returns, case management systems, and program outcomes.  We understand the goals and challenges of juvenile justice programs and we’re ready to help.

Examples of services we have provided include:

• Establishing state Medicaid TCM & Rehabilitative Services programs for Massachusetts, Illinois, New Jersey and Missouri.
• Developing a new comprehensive web-based case management system for District of Columbia.
• Title IV-E reviews and policy consulting for Los Angeles County.
• A wide variety of other financial and programmatic services, including TANF reimbursement, Food Stamp administrative claims, and program evaluation.

We understand that juvenile justice agencies are moving toward more community-based services while also maintaining public safety.  This means that there are more opportunities for federal revenues, but also more challenges in managing a wider diversity of programs and youth at different stages of the continuum of care. PCG is ready to assist your organization to meet these and other challenges.
