Work Participation Rate (WPR)

PCG can help state and county TANF agencies meet their federal Work Participation Rate (WPR) requirements.  PCG consultants are experts in the rules and regulations governing the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program, in particular the implications of the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 (DRA), and know what it takes to meet federal requirements.

Call on PCG to:

• Review current work activities to ensure compliance with federal regulations;
• Track participation in work activities to ensure compliance with the state’s Work Verification Plan;
• Find additional TANF Maintenance-of-Effort (MOE) to access the Excess MOE Caseload Reduction Credit;
• Develop strategies to implement Solely State Funded programs;
• Assist in changes necessary to adapt to new federal regulations.
