Child Welfare Claiming
PCG has developed automated systems for all aspects of claim production, including, most recently, the random moment time study (RMTS).
PCG's Child Welfare Claiming services include:
- Title IV-E foster care and adoption assistance claims, including the administrative claims;
- Management of cost allocation plans and RMTS, which are critical for Title IV-E administrative claiming;
- Claims under Medicaid Rehab Option;
- Claims under Medicaid Targeted Case Management;
- Management of SSI and Title II revenue;
- A vendor with proven ability to achieve accuracy and timeliness performance measures in our child welfare claiming operations.
Among our Projects:
- Since project inception in 1993, PCG has increased Commonwealth of Massachusetts child welfare entitlement claims by $110 million.
- In the State of Colorado, PCG identified $8 million retroactively and $3 million annually for Title IV-E reasonable candidates.
- PCG retrieved $7.5 million in federal reimbursement for the State of West Virginia.
